By contracting our services, you agree to:

  • Supply accurate and complete information about the issues to be resolved.
  • Maintain your own backups of your content as a preventive measure.
  • Make corresponding payments within the agreed timeframes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fix My Website is committed to providing services with professional diligence. However:

  • We do not guarantee that resolving one issue will not affect other functionalities of the site.
  • We are not responsible for data loss when the client does not have their own backups.
  • We do not assume responsibility for issues caused by third parties, such as hosting providers or plugin developers.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Einscube and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The client retains full ownership of their own website and content.

6. Confidentiality

We commit to treating all technical information and access credentials provided by the client as confidential. We will not share credentials or sensitive data with third parties without express authorization.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The client may cancel a service at any time before work has begun.
  • Once work has started, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Recurring maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days prior notice.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
